Taking place at the end of October, How to Web is one of the go to conferences in Romania. It is aimed at professionals looking to stay up to date with the latest methods and tactics for building better tech & digital products. And achieving faster growth.

As a startup who works with both startups, as well as Fortune 500 companies this is one of the events that we don’t want to miss. One keynote that stuck with us – Positioning in Crowded Markets

The keynote was presented by April Dunford, a Positioning Expert, Author and CEO @ AMBIENT STRATEGY.  In it she talked about the fact that positioning is now more important than ever yet most companies fail to strategically choose a market position for their products and services. This is especially true in our field where the competition is always increasing.

Startup Spotlight – Prizes & Awards

The competition was open to all early stage technology startups in CEE. As longs as they were less than 5 years old and up to 1m EUR in financing. Prizes included 125k Euros investment, 1-day expo booth at TechCrunch Disrupt Berlin and 1M Euros in free benefits such as PR or mentorship. Again, further proof that our local startup ecosystem is starting to garner more traction and international attention.
